In order to avoid a no show fee of $50.00, appointments need to be canceled 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
We make every attempt to notify our patients of their appointment through the contact information we have on file. Our reminder system sends out an email, a text, and a phone call depending on the information you have given us.
We understand that there are situations where you are unable to make your appointment. If this is an emergency and you are unable to make your appointment time, please let us know in the comment section.
Three NO SHOW or CANCEL LESS THAN 24 HOURS can result in referral to another office.
